Vouukjng-zel is a Duuema city that can be accessed through the keep in Shitaovriki. It is also accessible through another city located in Setosia, although the name of that city is unknown.
The city was run by a duke, who considered it to be a place of religious importance despite it being a relatively new city in his time. It is currently vacant and laying in ruins, although Rhzoreck Thrkhav intends to clean it up.
