The Ritual of the New God is a spell detailed in the shadow tome. This spell, when certain conditions are met, enables an individual to open the Intermediate, a pocket realm disconnected from the other realms. The spell can only be performed during a specific type of eclipse and only by someone in the direct path of the eclipse. Successfully performing the spell can lead to a mortal having the ability to enter the Intermediate and obtain godhood.
