Guard
Guards are militant individuals who have agreed to uphold the laws and regulations of a specific societal area, such as a city. They typically patrol the area to ensure that citizens are not committing crimes, investigate crimes, or perform arrests or other corporal actions against criminals. Guards are usually employed by the local leader, but on occasion may be employed with a higher ruler. Guards do not engage in advanced warfare, unlike soldiers.
