Licensing and Credits

Here is a listing of all assets and resources I have used to create the 3D modeled characters for The Zyrkthraan Chronicles, as well as a list of inspirations gained from other media, and the restrictions that must be followed with regards to replication of the official artwork.

Permitted uses include:

• Replicating for personal use, such as for prints or original character (OC) representation
• Use as a reference for an item, such as keychains, for commercial use, wherein the original image is not used but instead a derivative work is used (such as an illustration)
• Sharing online via social media
• Other personal, non-commercial uses not described here

Non-permitted uses include:

• Replicating for commercial use, such as for bulk printing or applying to merchandise to be sold, even "at cost"
• Sharing online or in person while claiming ownership of the image
• Use as training material for Artificial Intelligence (AI) image generators
• Other commercial uses not described here

3D Character Models

Below is a list of all assets used to create each released character. More will be added when the character images are released.

All character models were created using Character Creator 4 by Reallusion and are licensed for use under the Standard License. Images are rendered via the in-software render engine, either in Character Creator 4 or iClone 8, and may not be reproduced for commercial use.

All assets created by Naitomeatori were created using Marvelous Designer, Autodesk Maya, and Adobe's Substance Painter 2024

Any assets not attributed to a third-party source are assets included in Character Creator 4 or are contained within an officially licensed Character Creator 4 content package or plugin.
