Pyrine
Pyrine are lizard-like creatures that stand 1-2 feet tall, have broad, leathery wings, and four legs holding very sharp claws. Pyrine are considered exceptionally dangerous predators, as they will commonly group together to take down larger prey, using their sharp teeth and claws to tear into whatever they have caught. They are also extremely loud, having a shrill screech that has been known to shatter glass. They live in steep, rocky areas such as the mountains in Anhres, the mountains separating Setosia from Yaotlan, and the volcanoes in Vethrala. However, they have also been seen in Vinhia, although the native Ethonians hunt them when they are found.
