Profile
Not much is known about Terek, although it is assumed that those of his clan know more about him than those outside of it do. He is known to be rude to nearly everyone he meets. When interacting with those of lower standing or people from other clans, he has a tendency to use sharp, derogatory language that aims to demean them. He is not known for having patience and no one has ever seen him use kindness in any situation. He typically overcomes issues through verbal force, using threats to get others to do as he pleases.
As a noble, he is given quite a lot of leeway when it comes to forcing others to do his bidding. It is known that anyone in Clan Bthrek will drop anything to serve him, although it is a well-kept secret that he's the true clan master of the Bthrek. Most outside of the clan believe him to be a high-ranking nobleman, as he has masked his true position with another man who claims the title of clan master. It is unknown why he hides his true role or if it serves a purpose, as those within the clan know better and those without the clan have no suspicions regarding the topic.
People from his clan will openly praise him, stating that he is a kind master that only seeks for them to perform as best as they can. They conveniently overlook his harsh treatment of those who live with less, and completely ignore the foul way he handles people from other cultures. He even has a stranglehold on the city guards, as he forces them to put less guards in his quarter for reasons that are not apparent. Many believe that he is bribing the city guard to stay out of his sector so that he and his more loyal servants can commit crimes, although there is no evidence to back up this notion. Regardless, he makes no effort to hide the fact that he requires control over everything.
He worked for the Harmonic Council and was ranked the highest of the current artificers, as he obtained the rank of Lord Master. According to the Harmonic Architect, he is incapable of doing much of the work but remained on the council due to his prestige. During the events of Promises Kept, he was stripped of his rank and position on the council and left to his own devices within the city. Seeing as he was no longer considered a noble by the monarchy, he was forced to live within a park located in the city.
