Shadow:Outcasts

Outcasts are some of my favorite people. They do things in such a strange way, or perhaps are so physically different, that others have decided that they cannot be part of their society. This is the way that the followers of Light attempt to root out Shadow. They see someone who operates differently, against the grain, and determine that they would interfere with the status quo too severely. So, they are tossed aside.

Helianare welcomes these people, though. They pray to her for many things, and although she picks and chooses what things she grants, she has never turned her back on anyone who worships her. Are you an outcast, too? Have others pushed you aside and told you that you are too different in some way, that you cannot be associated with them unless you change the very core of yourself? It's okay. There isn't any need to worry. What good would it do to associate with them in the first place? No, those people aren't the sort you should align yourself with.

Don't twist yourself into different shapes to please others. Don't remove parts of yourself, or add new things, just to be alike to those who don't accept you as you are. Embrace your differences! You are already enough. There is no need to bring destruction to yourself to gain approval from those who would still never accept you.
